Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about GoCharting.
Pick the plan that matches the markets and data you trade. The entry plan is ideal for getting started with charting, while Pro and Premium unlock advanced orderflow tools, more concurrent charts and real-time data add-ons. Visit our Pricing page to compare features side by side, or contact support and we'll help you choose the right fit.
Concurrent charts refers to the number of live charts you can open and stream with real-time data at the same time within your workspace. A limit of 25 means you can monitor up to 25 symbols simultaneously without hitting a cap.
If your card is declined, no amount is charged and your plan will not activate. This is usually caused by insufficient funds, international-transaction blocks or bank security checks. Try another card, enable international payments with your bank, or reach out to support and we'll share alternative payment options.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. GoCharting never stores your full card number or CVV on our servers — sensitive details are handled and tokenized entirely by our payment provider.
Your billing details, invoices and subscription status are available in your account settings under the Billing section. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your invoice after every successful payment.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while cancellations stop the next renewal and keep your access active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy. If you qualify, raise a request through Contact Support with your registered email and payment reference, and our team will process the refund to your original payment method.
Once payment succeeds your plan activates automatically. Log in and open your account settings to confirm the active plan and expiry date. If it still shows as inactive after a few minutes, log out and back in, or contact support with your payment reference.
Real-time data feeds are exchange-specific subscriptions that may require separate activation and exchange authorization. Make sure you've subscribed to the correct market-data add-on for your exchange (CME, NSE, MCX, crypto, etc.), then refresh your terminal. If the feed is still delayed, contact support so we can verify your data entitlements.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your access is never interrupted. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the Billing section of your account before the renewal date.
